Job summary

The Alida Hotel in Savannah, GA is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to help keep our 173-room property running smoothly and safely. You will spot and address preventive maintenance needs to protect the asset and improve guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, managing the work order system, making repairs, upkeep of equipment, and completing shift checklists. Prior experience is highly preferred and flexibility is required.

• Prior experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the property.
