Federal Express Corporation is seeking an industrial engineering professional to lead planning and optimization across expansion, staffing, equipment, and facilities. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Analytical & communication skills.
Some travel required.
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools, copilots, and intelligent agents. Experience in customs brokerage, import/export compliance, customs clearance operations, or related international trade functions, operational planning, workforce management, staffing modeling, conducting industrial engineering studies. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms. Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement, or other methodologies.
The desired location for this position Memphis TN (MEM) location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week. Posting closes on Friday, 9/11/2026.
