Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Hotel Engineer in Las Vegas to manage maintenance across the property and provide guests with high‑level service, reflecting the Landry's brand standards (K.E.E.P.). You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems, while being on call for emergencies, holidays and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• Related degree preferred or accredited certification.
• 2 years experience.
• Minimum age requirement is 21
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

• Must be personable and clean in appearance and good working with the public. Willing to work on call for emergencies, holidays and weekends.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Must be willing to work holidays and all shifts and days off are to be determined.
• Respond to fire alarms.
• Communicate on a two way radio.

Overview

It is the responsibility of the Hotel Engineer to respond to calls throughout the property; troubleshoot and repair the items as needed.
