Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with related field experience or degree.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and engine test cells is preferred.
• Ability to fabricate parts from prints and drawings and to document results.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance and reliability testing on engines and components.
• Configure and operate data acquisition systems and analyze results.
• Build, tear down, and inspect rigs, engines and components.
• Create sketches for machining and fabricate piping, tubing and brackets.
• Install engines and instrumentation in test cells and rigs.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects and present findings.
• Train apprentices and technicians and coordinate program logistics.
• Ensure quality procedures and safety policies are followed.
