Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or an associate/bachelor in related field.
• METs support engine test cells for engineering development testing and data collection.
• Interacts with customers, suppliers, engineers and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts performance and reliability testing on engines, components, systems, and controls.
• Configures data acquisition systems and analyzes results.
• Builds, tears down, and inspects rigs, engines and components.
• Creates sketches for machining and fabrics piping, tubing, and brackets.
• Installs engines and instrumentation in test cells and rigs.
• Prepares test plans and writes reports with findings and recommendations.
