Job Title: Engine Test and Validation Engineer

Location: Middletown, CT (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

In this role, you will be working alongside OEM customer teams performing engineering validation tasks supporting aircraft engine development, testing, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine test and/or assembly/tear-down actions between technicians and IPT/Engineering groups.
• Communicate technical issues to IPT/Engineering groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Collect and report flight test data and/or engine assembly/disassembly status to IPT/Engineering groups.
• Local candidates in Connecticut are required. Variable shift work may be necessary.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, testing, assembly, and disassembly.
• Familiarity with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings, and materials lists.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Active security clearance is preferred but not required.
