• Oversees office, sales, service and production activities to optimize equipment use and productivity.
• Enforces safety regulations and reviews work procedures to meet schedules.
• Analyzes problems and motivates workers to achieve goals.
• Maintains production records and coordinates with other supervisors.
• Inspects products for conformance and directs machine setup and adjustments.
• Studies schedules and estimates worker hours for assignments.
• Proposes improvements to methods, equipment and quality.
