Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Corinth, MS is hiring for a Disassembly I role within the Remanufacturing division. You will disassemble engines or components, perform sorting, and potentially cross-train into other entry-level positions.

The job emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a climate-controlled environment. Starting pay is $17.05 per hour with a 6 AM–2 PM schedule, 40 hours per week, and overtime possibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience; read/write standard work documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using basic tooling (hand/power tools).
• Knowledge of engines and components is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• May cross-train in other Salary Grade 1 positions (Cleaning, Assembly, Logistics).
• Use hand and power tools and possibly overhead hoists or cranes.
• Conduct data entry and operate various computer systems and email.
• Adhere to Built-in-Safety guidelines and maintain attention to detail.
• Work with minimal supervision and in a team setting.
