Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing is hiring for a Disassembly II position at the Corinth, MS facility. You will work across multiple disassembly stations, disassembling engines and components and training others in related tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a team setting. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, the ability to read and interpret documents, knowledge of engines, and experience with hand and power tooling.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (read standard work documents and enter data).
• Must read/write and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines/components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Salvage processes include basic welding, acetylene torches, drills.
• Use of hand and power tools and hoists is required.
• Cross training may include Disassembly 1, Cleaning, Assembly, Machining, and Logistics roles.
• Operate with Built-in-Safety guidelines and attention to detail.
