Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a RMTC Product Support Team Leader at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a specialized team, apply CAD/3D modeling skills, and drive root-cause analysis with structured problem solving to maintain production continuity.

You will coordinate cross-functional partners, provide technical guidance, and deliver concise executive updates on progress and decisions. An in-person interview is preferred for alignment with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Master's degree relevant to the discipline may be required for select roles.
• On-site interview at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to restore production quickly and safely.
• Apply structured problem solving (7-step) to root cause issues and implement durable actions.
• Review engineering change documentation and guide collaborative solutions.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to leadership through concise updates.
