Job summary

GA Telesis, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to manage engine parts requirements for MRO activities. You will serve as the single point of accountability for tracking, sourcing, and coordinating procurement of needed parts to keep engines moving efficiently through the shop.

You will collaborate with Production, Materials, Planning, Operations, and external suppliers to minimize downtime, resolve shortages, and accelerate revenue realization. Eligible candidates include U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in aviation maintenance, aircraft engine MRO, or related field.
• Working knowledge of GE and CFM engines and components.
• Experience with Boeing AMM and Engine Shop Manuals (ESM) to identify parts.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems or aviation MRO software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage engine parts requirements and track all engine work in process.
• Identify parts shortages by reviewing work scopes and inspection findings.
• Coordinate parts sourcing with Purchasing, Materials, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipping schedules, and delivery dates.
• Prioritize critical parts shortages based on engine progress and business impact.
• Communicate status and risks to Technical Services, Operations, Materials, and management.
• Resolve material constraints by following up on outstanding requirements and escalation.
