Job summary

Transdev in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician C (I) to diagnose, repair, and maintain engines across vehicles. You will support A- and B-Level mechanics, perform routine maintenance, and lead engine diagnostics.

A valid driver’s license and your own tool set are required. Offers include a union payscale with starting at $31.32/hour and progression to $32.32/hour within a year, along with vacation, PTO, sick leave, and tool reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Mechanic.
• ASE certifications (program provided).
• Mechanic's Tool Set required.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements on engines.
• Assist higher-level mechanics on diagnostics and repairs.
• Execute routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Lead diagnostic tests and determine repair strategies for engines.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and engine overhauls.
