West Broad VW is seeking an Engine Installer / Automotive Technician in Richmond, VA to join a busy Kia dealership’s service team. You’ll remove and install engines, perform tear-downs, and complete timing and cooling system repairs with a focus on quality workmanship.

The role requires strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, ownership of tools, and a valid driver's license. Full-time with potential for growth; confidential interviews available.

Qualifications

Busy Kia dealership is looking for a skilled and motivated Engine Installer to join our service team. We are searching for someone with strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the experience to efficiently remove and install engines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Remove and install gasoline engines and related components
• Perform engine tear-down and reassembly as needed
• Complete timing components, cooling system, and related repairs

• Work closely with shop foreman and service team to ensure quality repairs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous engine replacement or major mechanical repair experience required
• Kia or dealership experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Own tools required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
