Warren CAT is seeking a Field Service Advisor to coordinate daily activities for our field service team in Midland, TX. You will manage scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, and parts coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
This role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and utilization of Cat DBS and Lotus Notes within our service operations. A high school diploma and knowledge of accounting are required.
The Field Service Advisor is responsible coordinating daily activities, scheduling, customer support, and invoicing for Machine and Engine Field Service.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
