Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation is seeking a machinist for crankcase, cylinder head, and engine component remanufacturing in a warehouse setting. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality parts while adhering to safety requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC experience, G-code/M-code literacy, and the ability to use inspection tools. Experience with SAP order entry and meeting production schedules is also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with general CNC lathe and mill operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and their proper use.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and full remanufacturing of crankcases, cylinder heads, and/or other engine components.
• Operate CNC Haas mill and other machines; read G-code and M-code.
• Load and unload product safely; maintain quality by monitoring offsets.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE; ensure production demands are met.
• Confirm orders in SAP.
