Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with exposure to machine shop or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness.
• Willingness to work with oils, lubricants, and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment according to established work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Load and unload components, materials, fixtures, and tooling.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and process documentation.
• Inspect parts for wear, damage, defects, and overall quality.
• Perform dimensional and visual quality inspections using gauges and measuring instruments.
• Verify completed work meets established quality standards before moving parts to the next operation.
• Monitor machine performance and report quality, tooling, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain an even workflow and support production schedules.
• Assist with tooling changes, machine cleaning, and basic maintenance activities.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
