Job summary

Engine Solutions US, located in Seattle, WA, is seeking an Assembly Tech to contribute to engine assembly processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining production pace, safety compliance, and close coordination with the Shop Manager. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least two years of assembly experience, with proficiency in Cat SIS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in engine assembly or related disciplines.
• Meet the skills/knowledge/ability requirements for an Assembly Tech.
• Thorough knowledge of and compliance with company policy, procedure and performance expectations.
• Strong organizational skills as evidenced by prior performance.

Responsibilities

• Safety: perform duties in a safe manner using PPE and following company policy.
• Maintain production pace in your area and meet deadlines.
• Keep Shop Manager/Assembly Lead informed of progress and delays.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Work shifts and overtime as required; other duties as assigned.
• Ensure that all work is performed correctly and safely.
• Proficient in Cat SIS for required tasks.
• Follow company instructions and procedures.
