Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for its Waukesha, WI facility. The role focuses on assembling large gas compression and power generation engines and delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.

Based on a 2nd shift schedule, the technician will interpret drawings, follow manuals, and use precision tools to ensure parts meet specifications and maintain production flow. Strong team collaboration and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands of industrial engine assembly.
• Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret machined part drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Read and understand service manuals.
• Access assembly blueprints, 3-D assembly instructions, manuals, ECOs, and sketches.
• Work with internal combustion engine assembly processes using hand/power tools.
• Pull parts/kit orders for sub-assembly or engine assembly.
• Verify part conformance using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Maintain tooling and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
