Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking a Maintenance Compliance Manager to oversee the rental engine portfolio’s technical and analytical health, ensuring compliance and predictive maintenance insights.

The role involves defining technical work scopes, serving as the technical contact for customers, and supervising Traxxall enrollment to keep records current and accurate across all assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years turbine engine maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in data analysis, fleet forecasting, or engine leasing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, logs, and oil analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, forecasting) and aviation maintenance systems.
• Ability to lead or review remote/outsourced teams under pressure with attention to detail.
• Experience with provider platforms such as Traxxall, CAMP, Quantum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance compliance for rental engine portfolio, including Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
• Develop predictive maintenance schedules from engine data, hours, cycles, and oil analyses.
• Manage logbooks, FAA/EASA document standards, and Traxxall enrollment for assets.
• Provide technical contact for customers, remote troubleshooting, and AOG support.
• Coordinate with Asset Management leadership for fleet condition and risk planning.
