Responsibilities

• Classroom Instruction: Follow the lesson plan provided by the absent teacher or school administration; Deliver instructional content to students using appropriate materials; Adapt lessons to meet diverse needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment; Enforce school rules; Manage student behavior and address disruptions.
• Student Engagement: Actively engage students in learning activities to promote participation; Provide guidance to help understanding of material.
• Assessments and Feedback: Monitor progress and provide feedback; Administer quizzes and assessments; Submit completed work to the regular teacher or school administration.
• Communication & Safety: Communicate with students, staff, and administrators; Report issues or incidents; Ensure safety and follow protocols.
