Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or school administration.
• Deliver instructional content to students using appropriate materials and resources.
• Adapt lessons and activities to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Enforce school rules and policies for smooth class operations.
• Manage student behavior and address disruptions appropriately.
• Actively engage students in learning activities to promote participation.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help students understand the material.
• Monitor progress and administer quizzes, tests, and assessments as required.
• Submit completed work and reports to the regular teacher or school administration.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administrators.
