Responsibilities include following schedules, performing duties of the absent employee, notifying the school, and using classroom equipment. The position is a substitute status with as-needed duty days. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, English communication skills, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of the job position as subbed by the Principal/Supervisor.
• Notify the school office of any serious problems.
• Follow the schedule of the job as closely as practical.
• Complete tasks left by staff and/or supervising personnel.
• Record information for the returning employee.
• Abide by the Substitute Handbook.
• Complete duties and tasks of the absent employee.
• Report on time for assigned duties through the end of sub hours.
