• Manage classroom and supervise equipment and materials.

• Diagnose and analyze student progress to tailor instruction.
• Utilize varied instructional techniques to meet diverse learner needs.
• Incorporate technology and current research into instruction.
• Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust instruction.
• Maintain classroom management for an effective learning climate.
• Maintain professional relationships with parents and the school community.
• Communicate with parents through conferences, calls, and notes.
• Encourage parental involvement through school activities.
• Maintain grade books, attendance and progress records.
• Protect student and school property and ensure safety.
• Stay up-to-date with current technology used by OCPS and attend required trainings.
• Provide timely and accurate information as part of job responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
