Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Certification or eligibility for Florida State Department of Education teaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Works with administrators and instructional teams to plan and implement hands-on programs and activities for students and the school.
• Participates as an active member with other faculty and staff.
• Plans, implements and evaluates programs of continuing school improvement.
• Manages classroom and supervises proper care of equipment used.
• Diagnoses and analyzes student progress for appropriate instruction based on developmental stages.
• Utilizes a variety of instructional techniques to meet individual needs and uses technology in instruction.
• Maintains records as required and communicates with parents through conferences and other channels.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal.
