Job summary

Jockey is seeking a Sales Associate at our Albertville, MN location to provide outstanding customer service and help achieve store goals. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and process purchases with accuracy.

Role highlights include engaging customers, promoting the Rewards program, and supporting merchandising and visual standards. Part-time benefits include PTO and employee discounts; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles and focus on store goals and sales.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer product solutions.
• Promote Rewards membership and other company programs.
• Assist in driving store-level sales and profitability.
• Handle sales and register transactions including cash or card payments.
• Assist with merchandising, visuals, and inventory adherence to standards.
