Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities for patients/residents.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation therapy services.
• Document attendance and participation in programs; attend care plan meetings.
