Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and live events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, engaging manner and explain PENN Play activities.
• Promote and explain PENN Play programs, promotions, games, contests, and guest engagement opportunities.
• Assist guests with PENN Play registration, participation, and questions.
• Provide clear information on PENN Play rules, promotions, eligibility, and prizes.
• Encourage guest participation while maintaining a fun, positive atmosphere.
• Monitor and restock PENN Play areas as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to support guest experience during events.
