Job summary

Jefferson County Public Schools is seeking an ECE Instructional Assistant at Camp Taylor Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports ECE classrooms, assists with implementing IEPs, and helps create a safe, structured learning environment for students with disabilities.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and passing the Kentucky Paraeducator Exam or 48 college hours. The position follows board-approved salary placement with a wage range of $24.52–$26.96 per hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Passing score on the KPA (Kentucky Paraeducator Exam) or 48 college semester hours.
• Willingness and aptitude to work with students with disabilities
• Physical ability and willingness to assist with physical needs of students
• If HS or GED, must take Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment Exam.
