DISCOVERY Children’s Museum in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Early Childhood Presenter 1 to engage teachers, students and families with hands-on exhibits and lively demonstrations.

You will present public programs, support volunteers, and help develop activities while thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values learning through play.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a degree in Early Childhood preferred, and teaching experience; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in an Early Childhood discipline or related discipline preferred.
• Teaching experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact in a positive and engaging manner with teachers, students and families and explain hands-on exhibits.
• Present interactive and educational demonstrations and assist with the development of special activities.
• Present public programs to large audiences inside and outside of the Museum setting.
• Support volunteers throughout the Museum.
