Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bartender for Windrose on Hudson, a Riverside Conference Experience near the Hudson River in Croton Bay. You will greet guests, craft beverages, and deliver personable service from arrival to departure.

This role requires bartending experience, the ability to understand English (spoken and written), and a readiness to work weekends/holidays. Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with a friendly team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests.
• Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
• High School Graduate preferred.
• All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at the bar area and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and standard portion controls.
• Taking accurate orders and handling special requests.
• Stock, garnish, and manage bar inventory and supplies.
• Input orders, process payments, and close out guest checks.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Attend to guest concerns and resolve issues to leave guests satisfied.
• Maintain bar setup and cleanliness; assist with closing duties and safety.
