Responsibilities

• Know all menu items and ingredients to best serve guests.
• Answer questions about menu, ingredients, allergies, and policies.
• Perform all steps of service with polished, guest-paced delivery.
• Be engaging, enthusiastic and personable behind the bar.
• Support team by answering phones, seating guests and running food.
• Explain the 110 Grill concept for food and service to guests.
• Complete opening/closing side work and daily dining room setup.
• Work as a team to run side work, refresh tables and prep products.
