Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and attentive service to bar guests following Company standards.
• Prepares beverages for servers and serves guests at the bar.
• Maintains bar setup with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, and more.
• Knows menus, recipes, and can recommend drinks to guests.
• Assists with inventory and ensures ID checks for alcohol.
• Cleans glassware and bar utensils; manages bar area cleanliness.
• Monitors TVs, music, and lighting; uses POS for guest checks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
