Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Develop and maintain a variety of activities for diverse residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs.
• Provide support with resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and participation.
• Participate in care planning conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; adhere to infection control policies.
