Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and safely move residents as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an activities program to meet diverse resident needs and interests.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized activity plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise, and events.
• Recruit and engage volunteers to support activities and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make quality improvements.
• Maintain accurate records including schedules, participation, and evaluations.
• Demonstrate empathy and resident-centered care across diverse backgrounds.
