Job summary

St. Joseph Regional School in Beltsville, MD is hiring a part-time Math Teacher for 7th grade, teaching one section during Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9:20–10:07 and Wednesday 11:55–12:47.

Qualifications

• Current teaching certification in MD/VA/DC; candidates have 3 years from hire to earn certification.
• Experience teaching middle school preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons aligned with Archdiocese Standards and assessments to inform instruction.
• Deliver a balanced program including direct and guided instruction with activities.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and monitor progress.
• Maintain a grade book, report cards, and communicate with parents.
