Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC seeks a Senior Data & Analytics Program Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of vendor-driven data warehousing and BI projects. You will plan, monitor, and drive program deliverables, manage diverse stakeholders, and connect technical work to strategic business goals.

You will guide AI/ML thinking for client strategies, develop multi-year roadmaps, and ensure program success across teams and vendors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data warehousing and BI projects.

• Proficient with Azure DevOps Board or similar project tools.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Architecture, Engineering, BI and their interrelations.
• Experience with databases, ETL, data modeling, and cloud-based solutions.
• AI/ML knowledge; advise client on leveraging generative AI.
• Experience developing multi-year data management/analytics roadmaps.
• 5-8 years of management experience leading Data & Analytics teams.

Job description

Long term contract Oversee engagement interactions and deliverables from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to required standards. Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of vendor resources work products as aligned to statements of work. Consult on technology and analytics approaches.

• Ability to oversee vendor resources in planning, monitoring, and implementing program deliverables.
• Ability to manage expectations, address concerns, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders is essential.
• Ensuring accountability for contractual deliverables that meet business expectations. Connect deliverables with high-level objectives and vision.
• Develop and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs related to data warehousing and reporting services ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
