Job summary

Apidel Technologies is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of enterprise analytics and data solutions in a Microsoft-first and Databricks environment. The role requires turning business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Power BI and Azure-based data platforms, while setting a high engineering bar through hands-on contribution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or BI engineering.
• 5+ years in senior technical lead role with architecture responsibility.
• Expert-level Power BI, SQL, Python including semantic modeling and governance.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for analytics and data solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in Power BI and Azure data engineering.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and manage delivery risk.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for semantic models, reporting, data pipelines, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and support readiness.
• Ensure solutions meet security, access control, data governance, quality, and compliance expectations.
• Guide and challenge delivery teams and suppliers to remediate technical debt and achieve reliable delivery outcomes.
