Christ Community Church in Lemont, IL is seeking an Engagement & Resources Director to expand capacity so every person can belong, every volunteer finds a fit, and every resource serves the mission. The director will lead hospitality culture, mobilize volunteers, and steward staff, finances, and property with wise discernment.

You will work to develop leaders, cast vision, and build healthy teams across ministry areas, collaborating with pastors and deacons to advance Go on mission locally.

Responsabilités

• Lead hospitality culture to welcome guests and guide them to serving and Growth Track.
• Identify and mobilize volunteers, matching gifts and passions to roles.
• Oversee resources such as staff, finances, and property with wise stewardship.
• Collaborate with staff and deacons to support teams and budgets.
• Cast vision and mentor key volunteers and staff for healthy ministry operations.
