Job summary

Bat Conservation International (BCI) is seeking an Engagement Operations Coordinator to help our Engagement Team run effectively, coordinate across departments, and move priorities from idea to execution.

Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, you will manage projects, support Bracken Cave operations, coordinate conferences, and help streamline workflows with technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, program administration, constituent engagement, events, or related area.
• Ability to independently manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organization, judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through implementation, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and follow-through.
• Coordinate across teams to establish plans, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Improve workflows and develop systems to increase efficiency.
• Take on emerging and special projects as priorities evolve.
• Coordinate public inquiries and Bracken Cave-related engagement and events.
