Sikich, a leading professional services firm, seeks an Engagement Manager in Sacramento, CA to lead the delivery of maintenance and operations services for client engagements. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Delivery Manager or Support Manager in maintenance/operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
• Minimum 4 years of experience including schedule management, risk management, SLA management, and issue management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting cloud-based SaaS development project.
• Bachelor's degree required, or 4 additional years of qualifying experience in lieu of the degree.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of maintenance and operations services to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Manage project schedules, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and SLAs.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure on-time, quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance, ops, and cloud-based SaaS initiatives.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
