Engagement Manager

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our vibrant growing Solutions organization as an Engagement Manager. You will work on an ongoing basis with a portfolio of our customers to drive the utilization of the BioCatch Behavioral Biometric solution to create positive business outcomes. Post-sales, you will define the strategic direction of the customer, collaborate with the customer to jointly solve problems, and pair with Account Managers to identify and explore new opportunities to leverage BioCatch data and services to protect our customers from cybercriminals. Partner with your Threat Analyst and Solutions Engineer to present consultative solutions to a wide range of audiences, from executives to business owners, and maintain your position as a trusted advisor through continued engagement. This role will work across multiple industries, with a primary focus on Financial Institutions in North America.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Manage risks to efficacy of the BioCatch solution for strategic customers.
  2. Function as a single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalation for customers, working in tandem with BioCatch Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analyst, and Data Scientists.
  3. Manage project coordination and provide strategic oversight for project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and scope when delivering new use cases for customers.
  4. Track milestones and deliverables, syncing with the customer delivery team and identifying risks to timelines.
  5. Communicate customer expectations to the Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams during project flow.
  6. Lead the project team through customer issues by identifying remediation paths, executing plans, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  7. Coach the project team and provide feedback on performance, being open to receiving feedback.
  8. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with customers to provide updates, gather feedback on product roadmap, and motivate early adoption of product enhancements.
  9. Advocate on behalf of customers with internal teams in Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering.
  10. Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business owners to review achievements, set goals, and plan project timelines.
  11. Provide updates to internal stakeholders on customer status and KPIs.
  12. Prepare, review, or contribute to Statements of Work, validating technical feasibility and effort estimates.
  13. Pair with Strategic Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities.

Location: Remote, United States/Canada

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology with top-tier customers.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and write fluently in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Strong candidates from other disciplines will also be considered.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with highly technical teams and translating requirements to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative skills, collaboration, active listening, and client needs understanding.
  • Ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong time management skills, adherence to timelines, and ability to handle multiple requests concurrently.
  • Teamwork skills, conflict management, and ability to solicit and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivation.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • *Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually.
