Decision Analytics Engagement Manager

• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, implement data collection systems, and maintain databases.
• Develop reporting and analytic tools and dashboards for performance visualization.
• Analyze business performance and generate ad hoc reports.
• Present data analysis findings through reports and presentations.
• Manage data, reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Education: BE/B Tech, MA in Statistics or Economics, or MBA.

Experience: Proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst for a minimum of 8 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding current business state and problem statements.
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation using Python/SQL.
• In-depth data analysis, trend identification, and statistical analysis.
• Data merging, joining, and automation in Python/SQL.
• Knowledge of SQL functions like stored procedures.
• Understanding of data control and automation.
• Knowledge of insurance domain and pricing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master's in relevant fields; top-tier institutions preferred.
• 8+ years in data analytics.
• Expertise in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience in model development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and across cultures.
