Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead remote, multi-client delivery for a 21-week program, ensuring adherence to scope, budget and timeline while coordinating with Security, Platform Engineering, and governance teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of delivery management experience in professional services or financial services, with strong stakeholder skills, CAB/ARB familiarity, and AWS credibility for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent delivery management certification.
• Experience managing ProServe engagements in financial services / regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple customer teams and leadership levels.
• Experience with time-and-materials governance, budget tracking, and burn-down reporting.
• Familiarity with CAB/ARB change control processes in enterprise environments.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certification for stakeholder credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall engagement delivery against the 21-week timeline and budget.
• Produce weekly status reports including hours consumed, budget burn-down, milestone tracking, and risk/issue log.
• Coordinate with client's Change Advisory Board (CAB) for policy deployment approvals.
• Facilitate ARB and RAW approval gates as needed.
• Manage dependencies across client Security, Platform Engineering Team (PET), and SETI teams.
• Schedule and facilitate recurring cadence meetings (weekly SCP/RCP workstream sync).
• Track and report on milestone delivery (13 Critical SCI by Sept 15, full scope by engagement end).
• Manage risk escalation and issue resolution between AWS and clients stakeholders.
• Coordinate bi-weekly hours reporting aligned to clients finance department requirements.
• Handle SOW administration and any scope change requests.

Responsible for status reporting, risk/issue management, and coordination with clients Change Advisory Board (CAB) process for production-impacting changes. Ensures the team operates within budget, timeline, and scope while maintaining alignment across multiple clients teams (Security Architecture, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, Security Business Operations).
