Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engagement Lead, Incident Response Partner Services to join our team in the Information Technology space. This role will lead incident response engagements with external partners, ensuring investigations stay aligned to scope, objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

The position centers on coordinating delivery activities, managing workstreams, and helping technical teams translate forensic findings into clear executive communications.

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement Lead, Incident Response Partner Services to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead incident response engagements with external partners, ensuring investigations stay aligned to scope, objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. The position is centered on coordinating delivery activities, managing workstreams, and helping technical teams translate forensic findings into clear executive-level communication. It also includes coaching partner teams on advanced threat hunting techniques and supporting strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders during high-pressure security events.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities
