Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Facilitator to lead learning sessions in classroom, team and online settings. You will guide activities, track attendance, document performance, and manage LMS evaluations to support participant development and Spectrum’s business outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree and 1+ year of training delivery experience plus 3+ years in related areas. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• 1+ year(s) of training delivery experience in formal or informal settings.
• 3+ years of experience in the related functional area or business unit.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions in classroom, team meetings and online debriefs.
• Track attendance, address behavior issues and document performance.
• Complete admin tasks including class prep, schedule management and records.
• Execute LMS requirements before and after training including evaluations.
• Follow facilitator guides to lead activities and drive engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners for knowledge transfer.
• Pursue ongoing development in facilitation and classroom management.
• Coach learners on role-specific skills and processes.
• Support additional training initiatives as assigned.
