Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in planning and directing activities for elderly residents.
• A degree in Recreational Therapy or Gerontology strongly preferred.
• CTRS certification preferred.
• Fiscal planning and management experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in program planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement activities for Trinity Springs residents.
• Coordinate special events for residents and families.
• Arrange weekend, evening and holiday activities.
• Promote resident involvement and participation in daily schedules.
• Complete assessments and collaborate with the Clinical Memory Care Team.
