Pomeroy Living Corporation is seeking an energetic Activity Director for our Lake Orion, MI location. You will lead the activity team to design a diverse calendar of social, recreational, educational, and wellness programming and engage residents in meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and leading recreational programming for seniors.
• Ability to manage and mentor activity staff and volunteers.
• Strong communication and collaboration with nursing and dining teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the activity team and volunteers.
• Create a varied monthly activity calendar (social, recreational, educational, cultural, wellness).
• Offer large, small group, and individual activities based on resident interests.
• Be visible in the community and participate actively, not desk-bound.
• Monitor engagement and adapt to residents' participation patterns.
