Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). The role provides interim and project-based accounting support for clients typically larger than $50M across industries.

As an Engagement Director, you will act as a high-level accounting resource, design/improve processes, and take a hands-on approach to engagements. Travel opportunities and a full benefits package are available to hourly employees.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant work experience including public accounting.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel and experience in a variety of accounting software.
• Prior project management and exceptional client service management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles.
• Design/improve accounting processes such as monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
