CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is looking for an Accounting Consultant (Engagement Director) in California to provide customized accounting support for clients on an interim and project basis. Ideal candidates will have at least ten years of relevant experience, including public accounting, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

The compensation ranges from $50.00 to $85.00 per hour, depending on various factors.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant work experience including public accounting.
• Experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting or Internal Audit Manager preferred.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel and experience in a variety of accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients.
• Design and improve accounting processes such as monthly close and financial reporting.
• Execute client engagements actively.
