CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) to provide customized accounting support for significant clients. This role offers the chance for flexibility, project variety, and work-life balance while serving clients in various industries.

The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience, a relevant degree, and expertise in accounting software. The position also includes a full benefits package, including flexible PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant work experience including public accounting.
• Prior industry experience as CFO or similar roles preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as high-level accounting resource for clients.
• Design/improve accounting processes like monthly close.
• Execute client engagements actively with hands-on approach.
• Travel for engagements as needed.
• Select and enjoy various career engagements.
